I took this image about 10 years ago.
It's frost on the bedroom window on a very cold Minnesota morning.
To me, it looked like thousands of bats leaving a cave in the evening, filling the skies.

I used a Sony a6300 with a adapted Canon 50mm f2.5 macro lens.

Back in my art school days we had to make scratchboard pictures. This reminds me of this. I hated scratchboard projects, but I enjoyed looking at ones that were well done. I enjoy this a lot.
