This is my most photographed scene, but with a twist. I got my first mirrorless camera in November 2023. Since then I have tried many cameras, buying and selling used gear. I always photograph this scene to try out new gear, its the view from my patio.
This photo was taken while holding a broken piece of glass in front of the lens. The scene is so familiar to me, yet this photo seems fresh and new. I love how wobbly it is, when the buildings in reality are all hard straight lines.
Taken with the Olympus E-PL3 and a kit lens. Minimal editing.
