This image was shot at the St Louis botanical garden while the Chihuly exhibit was being showcased. The crowd was large that evening, so time was a limit with the subject. I shot this with the Olympus OM-1 and OM 12-40 F2.8 at 15mm and f/2.8. This was a handheld set of 5 exposure bracketed images that were shot purposefully underexposed to try and maintain as much of the glass detail as possible and to give me the best chance of alignment later by maintaining the shutter speeds for five h/h shots. In post I need to raise the background exposure and some of the foreground exposure to balance the image. Ultimately, I was trying not to blow out the star of the show.
