Although this photo may look very simple it demanded me a great effort for me to take it.
When local people warned me that this sacred cactus would soon be in bloom I planned my trip to the site right away. I had to postpone other projects and traveled 400 kilometers (by bus!) to reach the place. Approaching the cactus was not easy at all: I had to fight fierce creatures that defended it, literally risking my life (now I proudly show the scars in my chest product of that fight). Of course, I had to plan the exact moment of the day to take the photo, as I wanted the light to emphasize the beautiful contrasting colors of the cactus and its flower crown. That conditions only appear during the first six minutes afert sunrise in that location. When I finally got the picture, I left the place thanking the natives for providing me with the information and returned home, happy with the results.

Of course, none of above is true. Sometimes taking a nice photo only requires visiting your parents at home and look for something attractive in their backyard. Sometimes you dont need an epic backstory to justify the photo.
