HDR photo of the Parliament building in Budapest at sunrise. There is a nice reflection but just missed a pure glass reflection and was only able to grab this shot before a boat cruised through and ruined the all other shots.

Great shot! Definitely would get at minimum 4 stars from me, if it was posted in appropriate contest. Pastel colors is kind of an opposite from colorful, for that reason I can't give it more than solid 3 here.
When it comes to reflection, there're 2 ways to do it without being in mercy of boats.
An old fashion way to have few ND fiters stacked to drag exposure time to 20-30min or more. Which would also give creamy dreamy skies and make buildings pop visually even more.
An easier and much faster way: carry small high gloss black plexyglass or similar material and an arm with clamp to hold it right in front of the camera. Screen of swithed off iPad or in some cases even large phone could do too.
