My submission to the color contest is this beautiful foxglove I shot on vintage glass through my old canon AE1 film camera. The color saturation isn’t as heavy as some others, but balanced well. I used natural lighting, developed the film and scanned it with my DSLR camera. The challenges faced were mainly with the goal of catching the insect in the image well on a fairly simple, manual camera.

I love foxglove and this image is nice. I'd prefer a composition less centered with greater clarity and sharpness.
