My Liberian friend, pro fitness trainer and at some point member of NY Giants training squad. The initial idea was to have it in NY Giants blue colors, but it flattened details in shadows in final outcome too much, so I went with purple.
Shot in 2007 with Canon 20D and kit 24-105mm f/4 L IS lens in my old home studio.
Lit with 6x4 ft softbox main light, 3x2 softbox camera left and behind (hair light and ball separation on left), 7" reflector with barndoors camera right behind (2nd hair light and ball separation on right side), 19" silver beauty dish with 30 degrees grid above on the camera axis.

I'd like to see this with the football colors realistic. Pose and body is great as is the lighting.
I have it in B&W too, but theme of this competition is "colorful".
