This photo was taked from my balcony on a Diwali night in India. The adjacent building was fully lit with LED light strings from top to bottom. I defocused to create a bokeh effect and captured it with around 1 sec of exposure. The exposure was made by intentional jittery movement of the camera that was coupled with simultaneous pulling to create a colourful bead-on-string like effect.
