This image shows the Thames Police boat passing at speed. This occurs irregularly - as in not every day and there is no way to know when. Sometimes can hear the siren as it approaches but not always and I had to have camera ready if (say) WFH and then be ready jump up to take picture. Then to get the motion blur in daylight need a small aperture and low ISO to allow the necessary exposure time. Then there's the difficulty of tracking an object at speed on water. Also, given it's very rare have it go by when ready, it's hard to practice.
Gear used = Sony A7iv and 24-105mm f4 lens, hand held, lightly processed in Capture One

Nice shot...this boat is cruising at some pretty good speed.
