I shot this in Taiwan when I visited back in 2019. I was amazed at how many scooters there were around Taipei, but even more amazed at how many people would fit on one. I saw an entire family, which consisted or mom, dad, young son, and a baby riding on one. I was trying to capture the somewhat frenetic, yet organized flow of traffic, then inadvertently got a shot of this child looking at me as I'm photographing his family. I think the eye contact made this shot jump out from all the rest.
Shot with a Nikon D750 and a Nikon 28-300G f/3.5-5.6 lens. Shutter speed was 1/125 sec at f/6.3, and ISO 500, with the focal length at 85mm using spot metering since the skies were overcast and gray. Natural light, of course.
