This image was taken in a woodland known as Clare Glens and it was my very first visit there. It was in Autumn. The woodland was stunning very rugged. While I explored I came across this scene but unfortunately I wasn't able to setup from where I was. I needed to be on the opposite side of the river. This involved a long hike around to reach it. When I got there it also transpired that I was way higher than the river. So I had to climb down a steep bank to a ledge just above the river. With just enough room for my tripod and me. I had to keep my gear on my back. The lens I got this with was an 80-200 f2.8 Nikkor 30 years old approx. I was so lucky to get this shot. I have been back since and the ledge has been washed away. So I was really lucky.
