Panning photo of a female wood duck racing past me. Search , lock and track of a bird in flight near you is a challenge, especially with a longer lens. Since i wanted the wings sharp i had my shutter at 1/4000. For the blur i had to pan , tracking the bird about 15m away from me over the pond through an arc of about 100 degrees.
