Migratory European Bee Eaters, we were having an extremely hot summer and there was a flock of bee eaters making use of the dam. They are insanely fast and plunge in from all directions. My camera struggled to separate the birds from the water drops and I ended had over 1000 pictures but only 10 or so were of the birds exiting the water, even fewer that capture the motion of the water and wings while keeping the eye in focus
