This is an image of my wife Sunnie in full sprint doing a beach workout in Carate, Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica around 10 years ago. This image was taken on one of my Canon EOS 1N 35mm SLRs (I have three) loaded with (I think) Tri-X 400 film. As I recall, I shot an entire roll of 36 doing this slow shutter speed / intentional camera movement technique. The process was good for both of us; her workout was unpredictable (I was directing the pace) and I got some good practice shooting some panning shots. This is one of my most favorite photos of the many thousands I have of her.
