The Booq Slimpack Is a New Compact Camera Backpack With a Stylish Look

As the latest addition to Booq’s growing camera bag offerings, the new Slimpack brings together many features perfected in their previous packs and includes the staples that many photographers now expect.

A photographer’s needs tend to drive camera bag designs these days down the same path. One thing I appreciate about this Booq Slimpack is that although it hits all these similar points of utility when compared to other packs coming out (the “standard” outside accessory pockets, top load entry slot, and backside entry), it still retains originality in its look.

The Slimpack is designed to fit 1-2 DSLRs, up to four mid-size lenses, and one large zoom lens. You can also slide in a 12-inch MacBook, a 10-inch tablet, and strap a tripod to the outside. The exterior side pockets look quite large and can hold a whole host of items and accessories in an organized manner.

Featuring a weatherproof fabric on the bag’s exterior made from 47 percent recycled PET and 53 percent cotton, the Slimpack won’t shy away from rainy days. They also include a rain cover for heavy extended rain with reflective graphics for safety in the dark.

You can check out all the details and order one now on the Booq website for $195.

This is actually a reintroduction of a product Booq offered for years; I've had one for over 2.

Wish there were better pictures of how the camera fits in the bag, not off-angle views. The primary purpose of the bag is to hold a camera, after all. :/

It looks like Lowepro's Flipside 300.
