I am now officially back from vacation, and had time to sit down and edit. I probably took hundreds of exposures, and had over 50 that were reasonably exposed, focused, and posed. That made selecting which ones to edit very hard. Here are my top picks, my favorites so far, but I may go back again. What do you think? Are there any that stand out for good or for bad?
The second one has a weird more exposed area in the corner. I’m assuming this is the sun, and when you sent me these initially I hadn’t noticed it. Just something to think about.
It is not the sun, but I do know what it is. I can take care of that fairly quickly the next time I edit. Thank you for pointing that out!
I think they're all good but I like the ones in flight best. Good clarity and focus while they're in motion. Fourth is my favorite overall - love the wings midstroke and the clarity in the eye.
The 5th is great too. Really captures how wide their wingspan is from two different angles.
