I wish I could convey the present sense impression of standing in this spot and taking in this scene. There was a bald eagle flying above, although he declined to be in the photo. The peaks seemed much larger as I stood there watching the play of tones move across them as the clouds slowly drifted. This was shot in mid winter 2021 in the Bull River Valley of Northwest Montana.
