Hidden in an old growth forest in the Idaho Panhandle, this falls lends itself to a balanced composition, and is a joy to photograph. I shoot it often, and time spent here is meditative.The large leaf plant with red berries in the foreground is Devil's Club, so called for the numerous small spines on the thick stems that are very painful to touch.
