I think that the final result is far of being realistic. I suggest you to "clean" up the white areas and make them more uniform

The wall paper is an interesting focal point. But I don't like the perspective from the foot of the bed, which flattens the space. It also looks too dark overall-- the big white area of the bed spread may have affected the exposure metering. One more little thing is the way the door in the background barely shows around the corner to the left of the bed. I would either show more or less. Good for you for putting your stuff out for comments. Not sure I have those guts.
