A friend called me one weekend, telling me about a strange freezing pattern along Northern Michigan's Lake Michigan coast. I journeyed along M119, the famed Tunnel of Trees, and wandered down to the beach at several locations. While I got some wonderful up close shots, this shot from atop the bluff was my favorite.
