I traveled to a remote area in the Rangamati district, located in chittagong hilltracts of Bangladesh, accompanied by a group of young people. While waiting at a village for a boat, I witnessed a captivating scene—an indigenous woman appeared on a boat, slowly crossing the river. It was enchanting to watch her glide over the river, adorned in beautiful traditional attire. Her presence was so graceful and serene, felt like a moment from a fairytale.
It was rare documentation of indegenious woman in Rangamati in 2018.
