Solid work man, good use of the bridge's curve and railings as a leading line, centering the bridge is also creative despite breaking the "compositional rule" it is giving to the photo, good choice, and decent job on the black and white conversion.
Perhaps there some space to brighten up the white "line" on the upper part of the railings ( between the railings and the sidewalk ) to make it pop a little more and catch the eye easier to lead it to the center of the photo.
