Love it, only minor things stand out to me for improvement. The highlight on the right seems a bit strong, would love to see the intensity and angle match the light from the left. The other issue are the four catchlights in his eyes, they work against the simplicity of your presentation. That said this image has a lot of texture and real presence, well done.
