I went to the beach every weekend for a year for this shot. Sunrise on Hermosa Beach. The marine layer was illuminated by the rising sun causing the sunset look, but the image was captured before 6:30am. The lady walked into the frame, and I thought she could ruin the image, but I took the shot anyway and it worked out nicely.
