When my local town suffered flooding the other day I set out with my camera at high water mark and came across this scene. The challenge was the constant rain and light spill from street lights.I left the red car on because apart from adjusting for the lighting and dodging and burning in photoshop I didn't want to add or subtract anything from the scene for authentic historical and news record.
