Hey thanks Junior! The background surface was an antique metal surface with a beautiful aged patina. Galvanized steel I believe. It's actually the table top of an antique gardening table that looks to be at least 50+ years old. Antiques are an invaluable prop resource. If short on antiques try the 100s of choices that are available in Formica. Thanks for asking & Happy shooting.
