Dava Moor is littered with old ruins, this one is amongst my favourite (so far), partially as it has easy access, but largely as the exterior is almost entirely slowly oxidising tin sheeting which gives it fantastic colour and texture!
Today I was passing and had, quite literally, 2 minutes to spare - this is a 3 frame, handheld, panorama shot with a Nikon Z7II/14-24 f2.8. I was looking for a different angle to try and emphasise the windswept location and solitude of a place shuch as this.
I have popped this under the "fine art" heading as I was a little unsure where it belonged! It could fall under architecture or landscape, or equally travel or documentary... or photo journalism! Appologies if you feel it belongs in a different home - but it could become a part of a series I am shooting on the depopulation of the Highlands and the Highland Clearances so I think fits!
