We had been shooting for the New York based magazine called Elegant when we decided at the end of the shoot to have a bit of fun so I pulled out a sword that I had purchased for another shoot and knowing that Brittany was studying ballet, we started to experiment with dance poses
One light with a 700mm beauty dish on the right and a soft box on the left to soften the shadow a bit

At least at this size, I couldn't possibly say if it is a painting or a photo.
