Walked off the plane, and got a cab to the hotel, that was just a couple blocks from the Arc. Got lucky that the night sky was amazing this night. The next three nights all rained.

Those iconic landmarks are definitely on the list. Shooting the Arc in daylight at that angle is mission impossible on a nice lighting will massive crowds. Good call.
