Mom's Heaven for the Day

My son was graduating from the Marine Corps boot camp after 13 long weeks. For me that was an eternity. This picture was taken outside the Bed & Breakfast my daughter and I stayed in the night before his graduation. I was so excited, emotional, and proud! The sunsets down there are glorious. Of course when I mentioned it to my son, the new Marine, he just looked at me blankly. The last thing they had any time to do was enjoy the beauty surrounding them.
