My partner offered me the challenge of producing some visually striking Maternity images that were still beautiful. We went to the western shore of Vancouver Island on the evening of a full winter moon. I used a small speedlight in a soft box to the subject's right, secured by sinking the stand into the wet sand below the rocks.
