"castle in the mist"

This castle in Coevorden, Drenthe, The Netherlands is the only castle of the province. A replica was made in sister city Vancouver, Canada.
Surrounded by several cannons it is a pretty building. Unfortunately some city planners really have NO idea about aesthetics and what pleases the eyes of visitors and locals alike. They have built many a new building around the castle, non that compliment it. But well, it's still there to be seen.
