Very nice work.
Everything is perfect except two bits ( minor details, yet details )

1) The crop on top, it doesn't look good to me
2) The liver spot just below her shoulder somehow attracts my eyes attention and steals it from her beautiful lit and shaped face.

Very nice lighting and processing Omid!
