I was trying to get a picture of DC that probably hasn't been shot before. This is taken on the Potomac River across from the new DC Wharf looking overtop I395 towards the Washington Monument.
I named it the Transient City, because that's the unofficial name for Washington, DC and because this is a long exposure shot you can see cars buzzing by either leaving or entering DC.
