Taken with Canon 6D and 85mm 1.8 lens. Lighting used was Flashpoint 600B with a Neewer 36 inch gridded octabox as main light at a 45 degree angle on the left and directly across from the main light on the right behind the model was a YN560 speed light on shoot through umbrella for fill & slight rim light.

Yes, the shot is inspired by Renaissance portraits which all have a serious or bored expressions because they had to hold the pose for a very long time while they were being painted.
Makes sense, I know very little about that time period.
Great styling, love the image.
what does the title mean?
life in red
Great stuff!
Lighting is good, but is she supposed to love bored and maybe annoyed?
