Another self portrait exploring myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME). People with ME often feel that our bodies become prisons; cages for our souls. I wanted to portray that with the iron bars of the cage, but leave a glimmer of hope. The cages flowers are fading, but they're not dead yet.
