Morning Tranquility

Pictured here is Emerald Lake Lodge in Yoho National Park (BC, Canada). We had just arrived early morning after driving all night from Vancouver. We did not have any sleep and needless to say, we were very tired. It was still dark when we headed down to the lake shore. I have never been in this location before so I didn’t know what to expect. When the morning light came, I was mesmerized by the beauty of this scene. All of a sudden, I no longer felt tired. I was just captivated by the lake’s morning tranquility.
