Still life

Thank you. For this I used only window light from the left side of the scene as you look at the photo. On the right side I had a V flat to get more shadow( black side facing the scene). The window light I softened it by putting a scrim in front of it

Thank you, Hank. I thought about that but I was in my new studio and didn’t have a lighter and was too lazy to walk back in the house to get one. I also want to do a scene with multiple candles but will need a fire extinguisher in hand for that as well
