Rockport Rollers, Mendocino Coast

North of Fort Bragg, California, coastal highway 1 turns inland, and in so doing, isolates a 50 mile stretch of remote wilderness, appropriately called the "Lost Coast". This image is from the bluffs near Rockport, the most northern outpost just before the road heads into the Kings Range. I love the way the breakers line up before discharging their impressive energy against the headlands.
