Creating family photos often lead to surprise captures. I was concerned the Saharan dust cloud was going to wreck this session on Galveston Beach in Texas. It did not. It produced so many different skies that it was almost looked like we took images over several different days. Then- the moon showed up…
I used one speed light in a 5 foot octopox to light the family. ISO 320 61mm (on a 24-70mm canon) f2.8 1/80.
