You can't go wrong with ballerinas! This is a great photo with that kiss of light that illuminates enough of her face and then glides off of her body, giving just enough hint of her figure! This is simple, yet elegant!
Fantastic shot
I grew up appreciating B&W images. My very first camera accepted B&W & color film. The camera was a Kodak Brownie Fiesta. The background lighting is simple but elegant. The broad lighting on the model's face is excellent. In my opinion, this image could have been cropped a bit tighter and off center. In my opinion, there is too much negative space on either side of this model.
This photo is way beyond my skill level. In my humble opinion, if this image was cropped tighter, the whole affect of the background lighting would be lost.
