Black Start Canyon Waterfall

There may be an interesting back story, forgive my not watching it. But in the end, the photo on its own merits could be taken anywhere with a waterfall, by anyone with a tripod. The composition is very common, the light is flat as is the color. I see a technically well executed waterfall long exposure, but then my eye doesn't go anywhere, seems no reason for the rest of the composition to be there. 2 stars IMO.
