Beauty is Dangerous. The most daring photographers (and physically fit) will venture down to the beach of Yuerba Beuna Island (Good Herb.) The 'cliff' is extremely steep and unstable. The last 50 feet down is connected by two 25' ropes to repel down and back up. When I got down there, I had was scared to death I would not get back up especially without gloves. It was surreal actually being at an iconic spot. I hope I represented the capture well.
