The composition is good.
There is some slight haloing ( bright white "aura" surrounding the edges of some of your buildings, especially the 4 last ones by the right side of the frame ).
The cause usually is high amount of Clarity/Detail setting. Tone it down.
The only other complaint that I've got is the time of day.
The lighting is flat.
The same shot during sunrise/sunset or dusk with similar sky ( sparse clouds ) will be two times better.
If you live nearby, re-visit the spot during the above mentioned hours, you'll get a "wow" shot!
I'd also consider a slower shutter speed to make the water surface silky smooth.
