This shot was taken mid afternoon. I used a Buff Einstein monolight shooting through a beauty dish in conjunction with a leaf shutter (Mamiya/Leaf Credo 40) to overpower the sun and balance with ambient.
A friend of mine let me borrow his 64 Alfa Romeo Spider, and I absolutely love how the color/look of the car really pulled together all the colors and elements into a cohesive image.
