In early march the bay of my hometown which is used for ice fishing, experienced a mirror like finish. The rain combined with warm temperatures created a literal mirror all over the bay of ym hometown Gaspé.
While driving along the road to work ( bringing my camera of course) I spotted the perfect light which allowed the mirror to be truly seen.
Making a rapid (and possibly illegal u-turn) I turned around to be on the other side of the highway, ran out with my camera, and got the image. By the time I returned to my car, the light was gone, clouds had appeared.
To this day, I declare this my ''lucky photography moment''
