Full Moon Rising

The sun had been down for about an hour at 11:30 in Antarctica, and most were in bed when the Captain abruptly turned the ship and suggested we might want to be on the bow. The mountains and clouds were lit by the afterglow behind me. Gratitude to the Captain of the National Geographic Explorer for his sharp eyes.
