For as long as I can remember (one heck of a long time) this tree has been standing in Northeastern Colorado. One of the harshest environments Colorado offers, every spring he shows his green leaves, in fall they turn gold. In the winter this old man withstands winter winds of up to 70 mph with horizontal snows beating him. Yet he continues to stand his ground, almost a testament to the people who settled the extreme northeastern section of Colorado.
