Happiness is a mindset

I walk by this wonderful lady quite often downtown in my city! She lives among the homeless population who utilize the shelter services. As people walk by she asks them to spare anything, even a smile, because to her anything helps. One say I asked if I could snap a few photos of her! She was more than willing to let me take her photo. She kept insisting that I needed to make her a star! I had an amazing conversation with her as we shared a few cigarettes! She reminds me that happiness is a mindset and can be achieved no matter your life situation.
