Lower Purgatory Falls in Lyndeborough, New Hampshire, USA. This photo was taken in late February 2018 following a week of unseasonably warm weather that kicked off the seasonal thaw earlier than usual. Ironically, shortly after this photo was taken, the region experienced a couple more blizzards and plunging temperatures again making the landscape this image portrays seem out of time in retrospect.
